Our beauty room is in stunning and relaxing Garden room, at the bottom of our garden. Separate access is via our side gate.

Yes, we require advanced booking for our treatments, booking online can be done up to 24 hours before your required time. We sometimes have on-the-day appointments but you will need to message or call the salon.

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We have a QR code to pay online in the salon.

Our services are reserved especially for you, so we ask that you notify us with at least 48 hrs notice in advance to change or cancel your appointment without penalty. If cancellation is made within 48hrs notice you will be charged 50% of the price of the cancelled service. Cancellation or 'no shows' within 24hrs require 100% payment of the treatment. Failure to pay will result in no further service at Secret Oasis Beauty. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

We pride ourselves on providing a timely service for all our clients and your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to serve you correctly. We are often booked back to back and If you are running late please advise us and we will try to accommodate, but this may not always be possible and we may have to cancel your appointment if this is the case you will be charged for the full treatment cost.

As we are a small home-based salon we ask that you come to your appointment alone, we may be able to accommodate babies in buggies and older children who can sit safely, but we prefer that children do not come to the salon where possible.

No, we do not have a toilet in the salon room, you may be able to use the toilet in the home in an emergency, but this may not always be possible at certain times due to family being at home.
